8 Self lubricating center canautomatically apply lubricant regularly to every moving mechanism; guaranteemovement normally smoothly and precisely.

2 進給方式采用滾珠絲杠配合伺服電機，確保刨切薄片的厚度精確，并可進行主動讓刀，避免對原木板材的擦傷。

3 夾木方式采用液壓控制，無需人工加緊，操作方便，提高了效率。

4 采用集中電器控制箱，液壓與電器聯動，單人即可操作。

5 自動液壓夾刀系統，配有護刀板架翻起裝置，使刀具刃磨及更換方便、快捷，提高了工作效率。

6 配有刀板及壓尺加熱系統，可以避免藍污情況的發生，提高了刨切單板的質量。

7 采用氣動離合式剎車裝置，設備在刨切過程中可在任意需要的位置停車，便于操作人員隨時根據木材的變化進行調整，并在原位置快速啟動，提高了操作效率及安全性。

8 配有集中潤滑系統，可定期自動加注潤滑油，保證各導軌等摩擦運動部件的正常高效工作。
